YOU'RE LEARNING FROM OTHERS IN SUBTLE WAYS, TOO
There is so much we can learn from others. Sometimes it might seem hard in real time,
especially when it comes to thinking about all of the things in life you have to keep up with.
However, one thing you can focus on today is that you are learning from others in subtle ways,
too.
Sometimes we may not even realize the things we have learned from others until many years
later. If you have ever had a teacher, a leader, a family member, a friend, or a neighbor who you
learned something from as a kid, then you may not have been able to articulate what you
learned from them while you were a child. It took time for you to be able to look back and see
what you learned from them.
There will come a time when you look back on this present moment of your life and realize that
you were learning something all along. Perhaps right now you are learning from someone else
how to be strong or you are learning what love looks like. And yes, you can even learn from
others right now about who you don't want to be.
In the moment, you might only feel the emotions of it and it might not make sense all at once,
but with time, you will be able to look back and discover that all along, you were learning from
others. You will be able to look back and find how those lessons are a part of who you became.
Here in this life, your story is connected to others in ways that you may not even realize.
Let learning be a lifelong process and continue to learn from others. Let even the subtle
moments in life bloom into experiences that are filled with opportunities for gathering wisdom
and growth.
