MAY RHYTHMS OF GRACE FIND YOU ALL THE SAME

For whatever memories or experiences find you today, may rhythms of grace find you all the same.

For whatever is rising up for you in this season, whether it be feelings of joy, grief, or a mix of things, may you know that it's okay not to have words for everything before you can take a moment to breathe. Whether you're breathing in the reality of what has changed or you're breathing in the reality of what's right here, may there be room to exhale. An exhale is more than just a deep breath; it is a part of a rhythm. As you breathe in and out, this is a cycle you repeat again and again. There is a pattern here, just like the seasons.

May this be true for the season you find yourself in right now as well. May you find in the rhythms of changing seasons rhythms of grace. Through all that has changed and all that has stayed the same, for all the things you've let go of, and for all the things you've held onto, may grace and gratitude continue to find you.

For whatever today looks like for you, may you know this to be true: as long as you are breathing, there is room for you to feel the fullness of your experiences in this season. If you are experiencing joy, let it in. Allow yourself to welcome any little flicker of sunlight, even if it only seems to shine ever so faintly through the clouds. If you are experiencing a mix of emotions, or even sorrow or grief, may you know that there is grace for you to feel that, too, and this is true regardless of how others feel around you.

And if you happen to be in a reflective space, thinking about where you were at this time last year, two years ago, or ten years ago, may you know that this is okay, too. Taking a moment to reflect may be a way for us to be present with our emotions and thoughts as we learn to be more present in our lives. And in that space, we can pay attention to the gratitude that finds us, too.

So for whatever you are experiencing in this season, give yourself permission to figure out what gratitude looks like. Here are a few gratitude phrases to consider for today. Highlight or hold on to the one that speaks to you the most:

I am grateful to be alive in this moment.
I am grateful to share this experience with these people.
Even though so much has changed, I am grateful for the beautiful memories.
I am grateful for grace and the space to grieve.
I am grateful for grace and the space to heal.
I am grateful for grace and the space to be present today, in whatever way that I am capable of.
I am grateful for new beginnings, and I am excited about a fresh start.
I am grateful to be here.
I am grateful.
I am grateful for ______.
May the list go on and on.
May grace find you today.
